Blindside and pre-applied systems
On zero-lot-line sites, the membrane goes against the shoring before the concrete is poured. We supply W.R. Meadows PRECON, SikaProof A, EPRO PreTak, Siplast TeraPROOF Pre-Applied V-SBS (vertical walls) and H-SBS (under slabs) SBS-modified bitumen membranes, the EPRO e.protect, e.protect plus and e.proformance shoring systems, and Tremco TREMproof 260, a fluid-applied waterproofing for blindside and two-sided walls on commercial high-rises.
Post-applied membranes for foundation walls
Where you can reach the outside face of the wall, choose from peel-and-stick membranes such as W.R. Meadows HydraStop SA and Soprema Colphene 3000, the fluid-applied EPRO e.spray, or Tremco Watchdog H3, a spray-applied foundation waterproofing membrane suited to new homes in BC.
Residential damproofing
For residential foundations we carry Tremco MULSEAL, a water-based spray-applied damproofing membrane, along with Naturaseal DampSeal-SGDP-500.
Crystalline and concrete waterproofing
Kryton Krystol T1 is a surface-applied crystalline slurry for new or existing concrete. We also stock Krystol Waterstop Treatment, Waterstop Grout and Repair Grout, Krystol Plug, and KOSTER and SikaSwell products for joints and leaks.
Complete the system
Waterproofing works best with drainage and protection. Pair your membrane with a drainage board from our Drainage Board range, and ask us about the compatible primers, mastics and terminations.
