PRECON is a high-performance blindside and tanking waterproofing system made from a composite sheet membrane that combines a non-woven fabric, elastomeric membrane, and W. R. MEADOWS’ patented plasmatic core (U.S. Patent No. 7,179,761). This seven-layer matrix is engineered for toughness and offers the industry’s lowest water vapour transmission (WVT) rating.
When concrete is poured directly against PRECON and cures, a mechanical bond is formed that tightly secures the concrete to the membrane—delivering reliable waterproofing performance in blindside and below-grade applications.
