Glazing Sealants, Transition Membranes & Flashings – BC
Most envelope leaks start where two systems meet: window to wall, wall to roof, membrane to curtain wall. Those transitions need the right glazing sealant, a compatible transition membrane and a properly lapped flashing. At BC Building Products we supply the materials that tie these systems together, for glazing contractors, window installers and building envelope trades across British Columbia.
We carry glazing and perimeter silicones from Tremco, self-adhered transition and through-wall flashing membranes from Soprema, 3M, Delta and Protecto Wrap, and liquid-applied flashing from Tremco, all from our Surrey warehouse.

Glazing and perimeter sealants
Tremco Spectrem 2 is a medium-modulus neutral-cure silicone for perimeter caulking and glazing applications, including 2-sided structural glazing. Spectrem 1 is an ultra-low modulus silicone for dynamically moving joints. We also stock Spectrem 3, Tremsil 400, Tremco Acoustical/Curtainwall Sealant and TREMPRO 830+ for window and siding joints.
Transition and through-wall flashing membranes
SOPRASEAL STICK VP can be used as a through-wall flashing and transition membrane. 3M 3015TWF is a through-wall flashing tape. We also carry DELTA-FLASHING self-adhering flashing, Protecto Wrap detail tapes (JS500), and Henry Blueskin SA for penetration and flashing details.
Liquid flashings for complex details
The TREMproof PUMA Flashing System is a quick-cure, liquid-applied flashing for details where sheet flashings are hard to install. Parapro 123 flashing and roof membrane is also available.
Tapes for airtight connections
SIGA Wigluv is a single-sided, diffusible, rainproof tape for windtight exterior bonding. DELTA MULTI-BAND and FLEXX-BAND seal laps, penetrations and rough openings.
