The SealBoss® 6500 Polyurea Joint Filler is available in distinct variations – a standard model and an extra flexible version characterized by lower shore hardness, and a UV-resistant formulation SealBoss 6500 UVR. The advanced SealBoss 6500 is a rapid-setting, self-leveling, two-component polyurea polymer product, maintaining a 1:1 ratio and composed of 100% solids.
SealBoss® 6500 QuickFix is a premium-grade joint and crack filler designed specifically for concrete substrates where time is of the essence. Its performance stretches over extreme temperature conditions, effectively curing in ambient temperatures ranging from -28°C (-20°F) to 54°C (130°F). Depending on the temperature, the tack-free time lies between 5 to over 15 minutes. This ensures rapid progression of work as it allows for the reopening of the jobsite to traffic just an hour post-application under most circumstances.
